Attention Generac Industrial Dealers: Subscription Management
2024 was an exciting year for the Generac Energy Services team with the introduction of the after-market and factory-attached advanced gateway. We appreciate your support and feedback, which has brought us to the next stage of introducing subscription management. Last year, we moved the subscription purchasing out of GenService and into the Generac Link Manager platform under the Subscription Administration page. Your site administrator can provide your user login access if needed.
Starting on March 1st, 2025, new invoices will be sent out to sites with active subscriptions. Sites that were deployed with a pre-purchased subscription from GenService will be reflected in the system and will be invoiced when the pre-purchased subscription expires. If the pre-purchased subscription has already expired, an invoice will be generated on March 1st.
In preparation for the invoice, we ask for your help confirming that subscription plans and statuses in your portal are accurate and that we have the proper billing contact on file. For more information on subscription management, refer to the Subscription Management help article in the support knowledge base accessible via the Generac Link Manager application menu.
For subscription accuracy, please do the following:
Log in to your Generac Link Manager portal and review your subscriptions. Subscriptions with a March 1st end date will be billed on March 1st.
Confirm if any subscriptions set to bill on March 1st need to be canceled.
Ensure that subscriptions are assigned to the correct plan (IDC or Customer). If the customer add-on is not selected before the expiration date, customers may lose access to the site
We are emailing each IDC to confirm that we have the correct billing contact on file. If you need assistance, contact Kristine Schindler in Customer Success at kristine.schindler@generac.com.
