Subscription Management
Generac Link subscriptions can be managed for your end customers in app using the Subscription Management page.
Select the Subscription Administration item from the menu to view a subscription list by status.

The list displays Site Name, Subscription Status, Subscription Type, Subscription Start and End dates. The list can be filtered by Plan Type, Subscription Status, or via a search for Site Name or Gateway Serial number.
Subscription Plan Status and Descriptions
Free Trial - Each new gateway sold via a Generac re-seller comes with a 90 day free trial for the end customer. After this trial, the customer plan must be enabled for customers to retain access
IDC Plan - Provides access for Generac Resellers only
Customer Plan - Enables end users not associated with Generac resellers to also have access to the site and equipment
Important: The customer plan must be added manually. If a customer plan is not added to a subscription, end customers will lose access after the free trial.
Subscriptions will automatically renew each year unless cancelled. The subscription can be updated by clicking the edit icon next to the subscription type.
Subscription Administration
In the pop window, select the Customer Plan to add or remove the plan.
If an active or trial subscription needs to be canceled, click the ‘Cancel Subscription'
This will open a confirmation modal, upon confirmation your subscription will be cancelled effective at the end date of the subscription term.
