Subscription Management

Fleet managers will now see subscription details on screen, including status and plan information for a service area. This subscription management feature allows IDCs to enroll customers directly within the application.

During the trial period, sites are automatically enrolled in an IDC plan trial subscription for 90 days with the option to convert to a customer plan in application. During the trial period IDC users have full application access for both internal (IDC) and external users (end customers). After 90 days, the plan rolls over to an annual subscription.

As a reminder to IDCs, upcoming expirations will populate the Expires Soon tab.

A Customer subscription plan can be added or removed by the IDC at any time. If the IDC plan is still in the trial period, any Customer plan that is added begins when the trial expires, in order to coincide with the yearly IDC Plan.

If the IDC plan is currently active, any Customer Plan that is added will be prorated to coincide with the yearly renewals of the IDC plan. To add a Customer Plan during the IDC free trial period, simply click the pencil icon in the Subscription column, select the Customer Plan check box, and click Save.
