To update Modbus settings local programming mode will need to be by enabled. Then confirm the below settings are configured by:
Navigating to Menu 14-Programming Mode
Update Programming Mode to Local
Navigating to Menu 13–Communications
At protocol choose MODBUS
Confirm Modbus Online is Yes
Confirm connection Type Single is Yes
Confirm Primary Port RS485 is Yes
Confirm Address is 1
Confirm Baud Rate is 9600
