Control Equipment
Some equipment supports remote control (i.e. Remote Start, Dispatch, kW setpoint, etc.). The administrator of your instance must enable the Can Control Equipment option via User Permissions modal for the user.
Permissions for Equipment Control
On the equipment Live page, configured control options are displayed in the Control section and Setpoint configuration is in the ‘Setpoint’ section.
Once the control is set, the Status page will reflect the control in real time. The message of Success! will also appear at the top of the page.
