How to book an Advanced Gateway Deployment appointment

In your internet browser enter or paste this address: 

https://outlook.office365.com/book/AdvancedGatewaySupportgeneraccom@generac.com

The Generac Power Systems, Inc. Advanced Gateway Deployment booking application is displayed. Click to select a date and an available time slot.

Booking Agent

All displayed times are in the Eastern Timezone.

At the bottom portion of the screen, enter your name, email address, phone number, and any information about the installation or service request. Be sure to include the company name and site location.

Confirm Booking

At the very bottom of the form, click the Book button. The appointment will now be booked with a dedicated engineer and you will receive a booking confirmation email.

At the scheduled meeting time, refer back to the confirmation email and click Join your appointment to connect with the booked Engineer. A link to reschedule the meeting is also provided.
