We are in the process of migrating service platforms with the user journey as a top priority. The new platform requires user registration to access the support portal, which will provide an enhanced, more secure, and streamlined user experience.

New Registration

If you have not yet registered for the new Generac Energy Service’s support portal, you will need to create a profile in order to submit support tickets and access help materials.

To register, please submit a request to support@energyservices.generac.com with the subject line “New Support User Request” along with details of your role/organization. You will receive an invitation email to complete the registration.

If you have already registered credentials with the new system, please proceed to the portal by following the link here.

Urgent requests for unregistered users: If you are a new user with an urgent issue, please include details of the issue when requesting to register a new user. The team will work on the issue in parallel with creating new credentials.
